I tried the mixture, ribbon pakoda, samosa,ompudi mixture n banana chips here. There are quite good. The samosa is good too. Seems items are okay but too pricey.
Yesterday Vinayagar Chaturthi so went there bought Sundal, kolkattai (Sweet & spice)... As they are busy day first tried here but sweet kolkattai not available the person told to go to the adjustent branch,, so went to their adjust branch got it by luck came back and bought the rest here...

I live in Bengaluru and I had wanted to order few items. While my bill was around 6,500 rupees, they charged 1,800 rupees just for shipping ! And it's some random courier - Trackon Courier. I even enquired if someone is bring it on hand and deliver, for this amount of money. Given the need and urgency, I decided to pay this ridiculous amount. And the service since it was shipped was pathetic. I don't even know if the management of Grand Sweets know this service is being used. The courier service will not pick up your phone-call. Out of some 20 times I called, once when they picked up they gave another phone number, where again - nobody picks up. And the service person ( Mr Rajesh ) was blunt - you can find you own courier service, we will ship. But cannot guarantee how items will come - this was exact words and he kept repeating this. When I asked, whether he would guarantee the same with their courier service - he said, there is none ! I am done with The Grand Sweets. The amount you charge is ridiculous and I'm sure you're making this work for your benefit. This is just cheating of the highest order and in a blatant, rude way.
Their snacks and sweets are freshly made. Their taste is so good. Good place to buy some tasty savories and sweets.
WARNING!!! They sell expired sweets and snacks . We got A KG of mothi ladu and bathusha , When we opened the box it smelled expired.THIS SHOP IS GOING TO DIE ONE DAY FOR SURE.
