The Grand Solitaire Hotel - Hotel in Secunderabad - Hyderabad, India

We, 58 tourists from Kerala booked this hotel for 3 days. The photos of the rooms shown via electronic media were the best. But when we arrived and occupied the rooms, almost all were not even cleaned and bedsheets not changed. No glasses were supplied. There was only a single chair in this three stared hotel. There is no mirror in the bedroom. The kettle seen was cleaned for weeks ago. In my room no towels was supplied. A staff at the restaurant was keenly concentrating not to supply chicken piece more than one for our group, who paid for unlimited food !!! In short, poor Service, bad experience.

The hotel receiving is good it's better if they clean the rooms regularly the food was nice for me they served all the healthy food for all the days that I have stayed in the hotel maintain much more fragrance in the hotel it will add much more atmosphere to stay in the hotel it seems. Thank u

Easy access from road with ample car parking. Front desk very polite. Room service good. Rooms are spacious and so is the washroom. Washroom is clean. Building is old so that new will be absent. Hallways are clean. Rooms could do with better floor and wall paint. AC works well but was dripping water into the room by morning...no big deal. Me and my ten old son stayed for just a night. If i had to go again... No issues. People wanting to stay in affordable hotel will like it... If you are looking for an experience, not a great idea.

Dear friends and families Very very bad experience.. Please do not trust Google rates and travel guys who recommend this place. The pictures that are displayed on Google is fake ... Disgusting property.... Whoever is booking this property please think twice , failing which ........ Take care

stayed there with my family for an overnight halt. Rooms are spacious but poorly maintainted. Flush nob was too hard to press that we need to apply full body force to get it pushed and again to stop it. Only hot water was coming into all the taps. Have to use other room's washroom to freshen up. Very limited options for breakfast, only south Indian food( idli, set dosa and upma) and boiled eggs and bread toast were served with tea and coffee. Overall it was not comfortable and not worth the price we paid. Only good thing about the hotel is its location and parking.

Nice, well located hotel. Awesome buffet spread for breakfast with very good service. Rooms are well appointed and spacious. My expectations were spotless the staff was amazing, friendly and made customers feel welcome going above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. The environment was pleasant and welcoming.

Excellent hotel with Good food quality though simple. Service was excellent
