Visited the restaurant here. 3 words to describe the food here : Delicious, Huge Potion and Slow Service. Ordered Lime Soda, Mushroom Tikka and Tandoori sizzler. The taste and quantities were more than enough but the service was very slow, that is the only drawback. Ambience wise it was very soothing and relaxing. Comfortable seating and clean washrooms.

Experienced just it's restaurant. The ambience is good. Bathroom is OK. But seriously, the hygiene and quality of the food needs to be improved a lot. My friend, while eating chicken here, got smell of a rotten flesh from it. The restaurant staff was responsive and got the dish replaced. Not experienced this type of issue with Veg food, but still, the food does not appear to be of great quality.

One of the best hotel at Gondia. As the name grand is the hotel. Lobby, dining, rooms everything is grand. Good quality and service both were good. Have a good spread of menu and breakfast.

Good ambience and average taste of food with below average staff But the menu isn't much pricey, it's affordable for the common people. You can have a good get together here

Poor Customer Service..I have to call again and again to reception to correct AC settings..Food restaurant will never pick up the call.. I was told that they will send someone to correct AC settings twice I had called for the same thing and was given the same answer but no one came..Hotel is good need to improve Interactions with Customers

A beautiful property with good hospitality and spacious a/c rooms with amenities. The breakfast buffet has a good variety and change of menu happens daily and the food here is prepared fresh and quick. The staff at The Grand Sita are very professional and friendly. Stayed here for a week and had a lovely time. They also have ample amount of car park. The property has a great location but an issue (which is out of their hands) is the under-construction road right in front of the property which throws a lot of sand.

The hotel is very good. It's clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a very pleasant stay. The amenities are also great - I particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, where the food was incredibly tasty. It's always a plus when you can find delicious food right where you're staying! Another standout feature of the hotel is the manager, Mr. Supriya. He was incredibly cooperative throughout my stay, always available to answer any questions I had and make sure I was comfortable. It's always a relief to have a helpful and friendly staff member like Mr. Supriya around to make your stay more enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay. The excellent amenities and helpful staff make it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. The hotel is pretty descent. I didn't expect such place in small city like Gondia. I stayed there for one night with my family and it was conference. The rooms are good and clean. I didn't opt for any other service, hence wouldn't be able to share experience on the same. The roads to this hotel are in very bad condition, hence expect your car to be full of dirt within couple of hours of parking.
