The Grand Siddharth by Alura - Resort hotel in Jodhpur - Jodhpur, India

This is banquet not a hotel, they are not professionals. staff full on drunk they have bar on roof drunk people keep on roaming here and there staring your family, they give you rooms in different building which is not showing over booking sites, services was zero we had asked for cleaning morning 9AM & water logged & locking issue till night 11 PM they did not do it anything. even we have raise concerned over make my trip but they were also not taking this concern on priority, lift was on take 2 person at one time without begs. This is hotel not for family members this hotel for those who will ready to fight anytime at different states

The Bottoms up bar cum restaurent too good at top floor ,must recommend place for all, very good food, ambience and it has a big screen too to watch matches and all. Great place to hangout and njoi.

Horrible, unhygienic, cheap room service Useless management staff If you are looking for stay in jodhpur, kindly stay away from this property. Cheapest room service, they won't serve you even water also, if you want anything... you've to go yourself to take the perticular, after 5-6 time call . Cleaning staff... They clean room floor by room freshner. Towels are dirtiest just like cleaning clothes. I asked for floor mate, they gave me towel. Receptionist will just take your call and cut the call without listening. So many things are there, which was unexpected.

Went to attend a social event. Parking is an issue as the banquet hall is located inside the property which means you need to walk around 100 meters to get to the hall after you park your vehicle. Cleanness is good (except for the bathrooms as it was stinky) so the services. The lawn is quite big to manage huge gatherings. A Bar at the property makes it a no-go for social events according to me.

Sub-standard room was offered,undue delay of nearly 45 mins from hotel staff to even show the room, website shows decent room whereas room show was stinky and unkempt

Rooms are Awful!!! The sink pipe leaks. Rooms have no windows and balconies. The rooms are very outdated. They don't even provide proper toiletries. The service was Poor. The hotel was booked 5 months in advance, but still, the ambiance was so POOR.

When I saw it from outside, I thought the place would be very expensive, but it was very reasonable in real.Neha ma'am was very nice and supportive you will really enjoy a lot if you come here.
