Excellent service by all the staff. Food at all times good & very tasty. Tha staff are extremely nice and helpful at all times. Rooms are clean, spacious & well kept. No reason for complains

Great hospitality, front desk soniya is kind and gentle in nature .. There are some flaws like rooms are small but the overall experience is grt Main plus point is location ,and easy access to other places.Morning breakfast is also have variety and taste too and evryone is ready to serve you with grt patience and hospitality. Booked twice in a gap of 5 days

A below standard, unorganised, cattle class hotel with an extremely poor service. It can be only considered for survival stay. I have booked it as a pit stop to my journey to Delhi. Negatives:- The entrance lobby is so congested, as it can't accommodate 4 guests together at same time. Has only one lift which is almost always engaged for outside guests visiting the restaurant at top floor. The ambiance in the hotel and restaurant is undoubtedly below standard having no manner how behave in public place. Reception desk, service staff, their attentiveness everything is extremely poor. Their rooms were too small having absolutely no view even to a city. Bedsheets were not up to the mark. The bathroom was like a box, stinking, very absurd wash basin with hardly enough space to take shower. No proper parking space, no one to assist for parking your vehicles, park them at your own risk. Room's Lobby was too congested with room next to your door having all the floor noise evidently audible. Loud music played in the ground floor restaurant until 11pm. Positives:- Except the interior setup and Location nothing as such to say as positive. The hotel is very poor with service and is unsafe. I stayed in the hotel while travelling from chandigarh on 30July and parked my car at hotel premises. My car was hit by somebody at night around 1am which the hotel guard knew and they didnt notify me themselves and let the incident slip. the hotel denies to take responsibility of providing the car number which hit my car or any compensation for my damage. They even provided a wrong car number to save themselves. The hotel is very poor with management and there is no security. Your car or belongings might even get stolen from the hotel and hotel cameras do not record anything in clarity. After various follow up with the hotel management, they threatened me to do whatever i can.

I had booked for one night while visiting Indore. It's below standard hotel and service is very poor, Not clean enough, They play loud music with DJ after 11pm no one can sleep. Had very bad experience.No one should book this property. Stay away from this hotel

Poorly maintained with staff filled with people that doesn't know how to properly treat their guests. No service and safety for the parking, we had to suffer a damage for our car while it was parked in their parking, and the worst part is that hotel doesn't even take any responsibility for that.

Its a great place. Good amenities, clean rooms, helpful staff. Me and my family had a great time at the hotel. Will return here soon.

Goons look after the hotel in place of hotel management. Poor customer service, not at all safe, your belongings might get stolen which is the case that happened with me. On asking for assistance in going through the camera footage, they bluntly denied doing that and threatened us by 6-7 hotel staff "goons". Never ever book your stay here. Genuinely asking.
