Very nice hotel management and very cooperative staff ....We 17 persons from Gujarat enjoyed two nights....

This place is my all time favorite, it's easily locatable and parking is also available and staff is really very cooperative and helpful. Pathankot is a beautiful town and hotels like Grand makes it much more beautiful. I was very comfortable staying and relaxed my weekend here. Had memorable days.

Nice hotel, clean, everything is running, perfect position inside the center of the town

I travelled with family and the experience was good. The hotel is newly constructed. The rooms were small but neat and tidy. The bathrooms were also clean. The staff was courteous especially Preet Singh at the front-desk. He also helped us in getting taxi driver contacts and other useful info. The food was good (both veg and non veg). The complimentary breakfast was also good.

I will give minus rating . Front desk guy don't know how to behave with women . They said marriage certificate is fake and my marriage pictures are photoshopped . According to them after marriage all women should change their adhaar card . Only that changed adhar card is valid . The desk guy said all documents can be faked nowadays. But he this adhar card cannot be faked . Worst hotel in the town. They harassed us for this . Don't come to this hotel with ur husband/wife

Hotel is newly built, rooms are just ok in size, good thing is smart TVs, you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube. Worst part is their service, expect minimum of 1 hour waiting when ordering for dinner in room.

New Property, Fantastic Rooms, cleaned washroom, cooperative & soft spoken staff members, hospitality like 5 Star hotels. Staying here is good value for money.
