The Grand Regency - Hotel in Rajkot - Rajkot, India

The hotel is located but congested locality, parking is an issue. The rooms are excellent and the bath rooms are 5 star category. We had an excellent Gujarati Thali at the hotels restaurant. First time I am taking such a delicious Thali. Surely I will recommend to everyone.

I am really surprised how people are considering this hotel as a three star hotel ? I stayed at this place on 24/09/23 with two rooms. I am telling you it was such a horrible experience by all point of view. Doors of rooms were not opening at once you have to struggle a lot because locks have become so old, was not able to fix my charger in switch points, rooms were so tiny, beds are so small and risky for a mother who sleeps with her child, bathrooms are also so small and even you can't sit comfortably on commode, if you are that flexible and can do little circus then only you can use health faucet, if you want to use Wi-Fi of this hotel you have to go through a long process and will feel like you are filling a form to get a government document and apart from all these when I feel to say something about all these problems instead of listening that lady who was standing on the reception started arguing and misbehaving with me . I am assuring all of you that what I have written here is word to word correct and I would suggest all of you not to stay here to waste your precious money and time and also to spoil your stay. One more thing, there front outlet Dosa Hut is a worthless place . There staff's behaviour was so annoying, all were looking at us so strangely. Over all it was like a nightmare. It is my humble request to all of you please please do not stay in this hotel.

Spacious rooms. I have stayed in executive room for single use. Excellent service and behaviour of staff. Buffet breakfast with moderate menus. Over all very good experience

So I visited Dhola Maru of The Grand Regency restaurant with my family and we loved the ambiance. The food we ordered was literally very delicious and was worthy of the price we paid. The staff was very courteous, helpful and obedient and the service was very good. Food was cooked by very good chefs in a clean and healthy environment.

Great interior in waiting room & awesome in rooms, best service, personally I like most breakfast. Just location is not much attractive due to market area.

3.5/5. Large clean comfortable rooms. No safe though. Garden room recommended as they offer an additional breakout area. Breakfast is limited and staff need a lot of chasing up. Staff aren't very helpful, they wouldn't book an early morning taxi to catch a bus. Ticks the box as a base. There's no other facilities and no useful shops nearby for travellers unless you want to buy plastic furniture.

My experience was good. The food is delicious, service is excellent. Room size is also good in other same catagory hotel. Charges are reasonable in compare to others. Only thing is location is in the market area which is heavily traffic near by hotel is the only little bit negative point I can say.
