Only advantage is that the Hotel is very near to sight seeing places and Railway station. Room is Spacious but full of Cockroaches fresh from eggs, newly hatched, roaming all over the floor freely. When requested they sprayed the bed with a very diluted solution of a low quality repellent that would keep away the Cockroaches strictly for 24 hours only. Next day you would get used to the prevailing situation. Unclean bathrooms with plastic floor mats. Old cots with unwashed bedsheets and pillows that were purchased at the time of opening the hotel itself. Airconditioned rooms with all required furnitures and TV set. Intercom not working. No free daily complimentary bottled water but purified drinking Water Can kept at each floor. No complementary breakfast. Strict adherence of check-out and check-in time only to their advantage and not to ours. Night dinner we had which was not prepared fresh but warmed up lunch items only. Rude Egoistic Ultra modern but English not knowing Lady Receptionist who replies ONLY IN HINDI to all the queries in all the other Indian and Foreign languages. Overall ourstay was really a memorable one but in the wrong sense.

Rooms were ok, food was good, and all staff were good and supportive, except the receptionist. she was very rude and unprofessional, she even don't know how to behave and talk to customer, even though she is working in hospitality field. One more thing, please don't pay for more than one day, if you pay, you will suffer like me. I gave Full payment in advance. Still no feedback, from management, regarding receptionist worst behaviour, Still the owner feels, it is three star hotel. Is your hotel still good to stay, Well, I saw negative review, all are true, not paid one.

Everything is fine but the only thing I want to tell is that the washroom is not good at all wherever I go my main focus is washroom an account of this unhygienic washroom i am not able to eat food properly as i don't had any option because husband was so tired and he does not want to search another room. Anyway it's average, it's not worth to pay whatever they are charging. It's not so good as they are showing and charging money.

The food was OK. Ordered chicken mughlai. No other rotis were available than rumali roti. The taste can be much improved. The service was not good. Late serving. Had to wait more than half an hour after giving the order. The ambience is amazing though.

Big hotel located near Nampally metro station. Rooms are big, washrooms are spacious and clean. We booked the room online, where it was promised that breakfast will be available, but that didn't happen. However, the hotel took extra effort to prepare veg Biryani at 2 o clock in the night since we were hungry. This is really appreciated.

Worst SERVICE ever. Very arrogant, not at all 1 star hotel claiming to be 3 star in Google. It is zero star, food is the worst and road side food is far better. -------- Unresponsive, unprofessional, irresponsible, rude and very bad service. Do not prefer this hotel.

In Short word its a " House of Cockroaches", No cleaning. Bathrooms are worst. Staff are rigid ..Mainly receptionist girl only interested in collection of money and not bothered about services. Even they having card machine still asked for cash. There is no BF facility they bring from outside local vendor. Dont go for this hotel..Noway match with charges.

The rooms were not clean at all, which made the visit quite unpleasant. It is not even worthy of half a rating, while being marketed as a 3-star hotel. The bed spreads, which had nearly endless stains and had lost much of their original white hue, and the bathroom were in the poorest condition, were where the lack of hygiene was most obvious. In addition, there were no water bottles, soaps, or Wi-Fi available at all. It was unable to reach reception because the phone was off. The presence of damaged furniture and dirty curtains added to the general unhappiness. Given these facts, I suggest that no one should be given this hotel's recommendation. Don't let the uploaded photographs deceive you.
