The Grand Peacock Restaurant - North Indian restaurant in Jaipur - Jaipur, India

This is a fairly small restaurant. It serves regular North Indian, Rajasthani dishes as well as chinese and continental cuisine. The ambience is of a Rajasthani restaurant and is nicely done up. Service was very polite and attentive. We ordered Laal maas and misi rotis, parathas to go with it followed by a special kulfi. Food was excellent and portion size reasonable. Certainly recommend it.

The attention to detail in every corner of the hotel is impressive.

Well decorated restaurant. it's a multi-cuisine cafe. they have roof-top sitting as well and i would recommend you sit there only. we orders soda lime, cold coffee with ice-cream, chicken biryani, and red sauce spaghetti. the taste of the food was good too. i really liked the spaghetti. However the waiting time was lil longer than usual. And i personally feel that the price is bit of the higher side.

Sincerely in our 1 month trip around India, this restaurant blew our mind! amazing food and service! will visit again if we come back to Jaipur!

Absolutely lovely! Really great tasting food and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming - they recommended authentic, fresh dishes and even helped with my dietary requirements. A real gem in the centre of Jaipur.

It was a mixed experience, and hence 3 . 5 for the one person who appeared to be doing everything-- greeting, seating, taking order, serving and cleaning tables. There were 3-4 other individuals (likely family members of the owner) prancing around, but didn't appear to do any hands-on contribution for running a small restaurant like this one. If they had been hands-on, customers would have had less wait time for getting their food and a better overall experience. We instructed for our food to be extremely low in hot spices (chili) and low on oil. Vegetarian biryani served ended up being bland. Clearly they didn't understand that 'low chili' doesn't mean 'no flavor'. The mutton dish (Lal Maas) didn't have that issue. Toilet and wash basin area was clean. Kulfi was good, but I wish they had provided the sugary syrup on the side. Too much of it ruined the taste of Kulfi that was creamy and good.
