I visited this hotel for an exhibition - product launch. The location is very good and prominent. They have several banquet halls of various sizes besides staying rooms. Reasonable rates. Menus are good and usually buffet spreads are impressive. The have one roof top restaurant which offers lovely ambience to the diners. The good is good. Service prompt and courtious. Although have not stayed here, it was Overall a good experience.
This is good place for a stay in center of city. All the shopping complex, pubs, bars, malls are few steps away. Both public and private transports are easily accessible. Hotel rooms are spacious. Staff is very courteous. Food is good and delicious. Rooftop swimming pool is there.
Located inside a premium street, this hotel is good for small functions but parking for big functions is a challenge. Food is good but can be better. The hall is simple but well lit up with lights and the washrooms are in basement area. In case the hotel is rennovated or reconstruction is done, i think the use of space and planning can be better.
NO HOT WATER. I would defintely not recommend this place, I stayed here for 2 nights and both the days I did not get hot water. There is no response from the room service even after requesting couple of times. With his price range, you will get a very good hotel.
Great room and location but the service could be better. On one occasion the kitchen staff asked me to move to another table when I was already having my dinner just because another guy wanted to sit there as it was his regular place. Never expected this kind of treatment. Very poor behaviour.
Tough to get in and out due to the location. Washrooms in common areas are definitely not nice. Water all over the place.. especially the one below crystal ballroom. Overall very convenient business hotel
