Everything was fine except the parking. Its like first in Last out kind of parking. Means if you park your vehicle you have to wait for others who has to unpark their vehicle which is parked behind you. Bathroom was not that great, but its ok Hot water is avaiable. Receptionist is helpful. Room boy is helpful. I rate 3.5/5
I was welcomed with broken toilet seat. They have not kept towels or soap in the washroom. When asked to provide another room, they asked me to wait until next day or get accomodation in 4th floor without working lift. Pathetic service. Never stay in this hotel.
looking nice, hotel is neat and clean, Atmosphere is good, staff's behaviour is also good. Rooftop view is beautiful. According to rent hotel is good.
The only reason I gave 1 star is the hotel manager/reception (whoever it is... the guy sits at the reception) he treats the guests really bad. Worst behaviour by a hotel guy. Not responding properly to anything. Rooms are also just average.
Service its very bad.they don't know how to do business. It cost 8000 per room and flush was not working. Attitude was very bad like if you don't like just go and will not get any refund also.
They quoted 14000 online, and 8000 for walkin checkins, don't know how they got into this price range for an otherwise 2000 chargeable lodge
Worst hotel ever, please don't book a room here, bad staff behavior.

I have booked a Premium room and the room is spacious and has cupboard, 2 single sofa 2 plastic chair to sit in the Balcony and one work chair with a table attached to the wall. Overall it's best for a family or couples who will be mostly be outside
