The Grand JBR - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

We all had an amazing stay here at the hotel. Decently priced Hotel and unexpectedly good rooms at your disposal. You don't have to think twice about the stay. Service could have been a lil better none the less, they did their best. They made sure to take care of us. Buffet breakfast was super delicious and there is no doubt about their food taste. Ample parking space , a banquet hall, a bar to chill late evenings- you have everything here inside the hotel. Go ahead and book this one for your next stay- I am sure you are gonna love it!!

This is a nice business hotel where u can have a comfortable stay without any hassles. The entrance is right on the main road and have a big parking space. Valet service is available but check-in process takes some time as most of the front office staff is new. The rooms are comfortable and are adequately equipped to meet a person's need on a business trip. The beds are comfortable and bed linen was clean. There is a study table too. Bathroom are clean and well maintained with ample availability of toiletries in the bathroom. Overall I would say it's a great value for money hotel.

**NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL** I've booked Terabyte hall for Engagement function, for 24th November 2023. Visited the Hotel on 22nd November 2023, and informed them about the condition of the hall, which was pathetic. Told them to clean it properly and IN TIME. My hall booking was from 11am. When I visited the location on the day, the hall was not ready and they were cleaning the hall, at 11am. This isn't professionalism. Now coming to the employees of the hotel. Mr.Vivek, the Manager of the hotel, is not at all accommodating regarding the basic needs. Informed him about the condition of the hall, still not ensured that it is ready IN TIME, for the function. Asked for additional room and he told that it is available on chargeable basis. When asked about the price, there wasn't any concession given, even after booking the Hall and catering services from them. The price quoted by them was 1.6times the prices showing online. Coming to the event, when asked for Mouth freshner to be made available after the Lunch, they got it, around 4pm, when the event was about to end. Only thing that was accomodated was making hall available for 30minutes, after the booking time. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDING THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

One aspect that truly impressed me was the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. Every request I had, no matter how small or extravagant, was met with a genuine willingness to accommodate. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was flawless, paying attention to even the smallest of details and anticipating my needs before I even realized them myself.

Good Property. Awesome food. great breakfast spread. the three stars due to very bad room housekeeping. bed sheets and pillow covers were smelling of pain relief spray. had human hair everywhere.. looked as if not changed in weeks..

Good food, room service, Good location and rooms too. In all a good property. Bfast menu was limited but appropriate.

There is one digital marketing company who gave 210 rs for free review with 5 star rating... So all reviews are fake in same hospitality industries so please don't believe on the comments below or above reviews.
