We have hosted a wedding in the month of March. This is a really very good property, this is one of the finest properties I have organised a wedding in. The property was budget friendly, it nearly costed us 85,000/- per day, with 16 rooms, 1 banquet hall. According to the price range the service was A class. I am having a doubt if all the reviews mentioned in Google for this hotel are genuine, or if these are posted by the hotel. A few days back, there were about 50 reviews and now it is nearly 80. I had visited the hotel last week, and I could see that it was vacant. Moreover, none of the reviews mentioned about the location of the hotel: the hotel is located little away from the main locations, and you would not get any transportation from there unless you book a app based cab. Given this, how come all the reviewers gave 5 out of 5 to this hotel? It is extremely difficult to believe that no one had any issues with its location, among other thing. Thus, I really have difficulty in believing these 5 out 5 rankings of the reviews. Coming to my review, the rooms and the decor is surely good. What's unimaginable is the total lack of service. I went to book all the 16 rooms of the hotel for a marriage. The manager told me that the rooms are all available m and that he would get back with the price after talking to the owner. The manager never bothered to get back to me. In spite of my reaching back to them, I could not get any timely response. In fact, a story was cooked up as an excuse, which one could clearly see through. Given the communication and response one gets when one is planning to book the entire hotel for a day, I am alarmed at the thought of how they would treat my guests had I booked it. Thus, if you are planning to stay as an individual, it may be an option, but I would very strongly recommend against this property for keeping your guests for a occasion. As mentioned earlier, I find it difficult to trust the reviews of this hotel, please be careful about those.
