The Grand Imperial - Hotel in Agra - Agra, India

Bel hotel qui sent l'histoire, belle piscine et joli jardin. Les chambres sont tres jolies mais l'ensemble est quand meme vieillissant. Dommage aussi pour le bruit de la rue tres passante. En revanche le personnel est tres aimable, particulierement les serveurs du restaurant.

Comme son nom l'indique, il fut un grand hotel prestigieux, mais il a considerablement perdu de son lustre surtout au niveau du service ( lent, non convivial, pretentieux). Les tarifs correspondent a un ancien temps qui ne sont pas justifies. Pas tres bon rapport /qualite prix. Les depassements horaires sont dument factures. Belle chambre decoree mais defrichee. Seul le jardin est tres bien tenu et la piscine un atout.

Wonderful place to stay in Agra. Centrally located and easy to get to all attractions. Rooms were large and has all amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, but otherwise, the restaurant menu was limited.

A luxurious place with a relaxing environment.... Really a great place for enjoying ur vacation or family trip...And the rooms are so beautiful and comfortable..so happy with the service and all the facilities and... obviously the location is the best..

I recently stayed at the grand imperial and was very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It is a very old hotel and the roof of the room had collapsed at night. Luckily none of us got hurt really bad. The hotel had not properly maintained the roof and the recent storms might have made it worse. I felt unsafe in the hotel after the incident. The hotel manager had reimbursed the total cost of the stay. The hotel claims it is doing repairs but I am not sure about any inspections.

Great place to stay, Good food options, it's popular as a heritage hotel so you will feel the retro vibes here, on top of it you have the pool area, good sitting area upfront, spa, they have the folk dance every evening near the pool area as well as the Kathputli dance. All in all you will have a good experience staying here, rooms are also worth the money. It's near the cantonment area too so quite clean surroundings, staff and services are also good, may not be a 5 star rating but definitely worth 4 stars for their hospitality and service. I see many people complaining that the property is very old and it needs renovation but u need to understand that the property itself has been renovated as retro, so obviously you will feel that but I can't complain about anything there regarding rooms, washrooms or anything so if you are planning to stay here, you should definitely give it a go.

Lovely place to stay. Quite comfortably, good service and would like to go back again soon.
