The Grand Gulmohar - Hotel in Bilaspur, Mopka - Bilaspur, India

I don't know about room service and all. We visited to restaurant but personally I don't like it and won't go there again for meals. We ordered tandoori roti, PaneerLabaabdar and veg pulav. Rest were average in taste but VegPulav was horrible in taste you could feel sugar granules in each bite and rice was loaded with lots of bayleaf and dry spices. And Ambience was below average. Size of restaurant is very compact. And congested. There was too much "shor sharaba" we were unable to have Peaceful dinner. There was birthday party in lawn and they were also complaining about their service for that they delayed our service. Unchi dukan fika Pakwan.

Restaurant is very good, and food quality is awesome. Recommended for families and spacious lawn area is very good for parties.

The rooms were nice and clean. The service was good and location was also great. Overall it is a good option.

The ambience was absolutely great.But the nature of GM is arrogant.Overall a worst experience due to nature of GM with us.First and last visit.

The hotel is well maintained with great hospitality service. The staffs are soft spoken, polite, and helpful. There are various types of rooms which are kept clean and comfortable. Our guests stayed at the family suite which was quite spacious and had sofa and table. Banquet halls and lawns are neat and well lit during evening and night. Perfect for small and big celebrations. Food services and quality is good. A definite recommendation for people looking to stay or organize parties at reasonable price.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bilaspur. Privacy maintain.
