THE GRAND - Hotel in Asansol - Paschim Bardhaman, India

I have not stayed in this hotel, so I can't give any feedback about the rooms. But I visited the restaurant for dinner. It's well decorated, well ambient, and the service was very good. Though the size of the restaurant is quite small, the tastes of the food were too good. Prices of the starters are a little high, but the prices of main course food are reasonable. There is a separate bar adjacent to the restaurant.

We went to the restaurant but yes the bar is good as well. Food quality goes well with the price. Ambience is nice, well decorated, and well lit. Overall, a perfect quiet place in the busy Asansol to spend some quality time with good food.

Can't review rooms as I haven't stayed there but rented a banquet hall and purchased lunch buffet service at this place. Overall had good experience and had great service from the hotel staffs and our guests also felt very much comfortable with the service. The hotel logistics and appearance is very good as well. Only thing that I felt scary was that the staffs counts plates to count person served - i know more than one people took two plates during the lunch and they counted such occurrences as two persons.

The Grand in Asansol exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a sense of luxury. The bar prices were surprisingly reasonable, allowing me to unwind with some great drinks without any worry. The restaurant was another highlight, offering a diverse menu with nominal prices that catered to various tastes. Whether I was craving local cuisine or international flavors, there was something for everyone. As for the rooms, they were not only well-maintained but also incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. What sets The Grand apart is its commitment to providing top-notch service and quality at a reasonable cost. It's undoubtedly the best hotel in Asansol, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to the city.

Great experience everytime I visit here. Mr Sudip is soo helpful and courteous, he ensures the accommodation and service is always the best and taken care on time. This is the 4th or 5th time I am visiting The Grand and bang on!! Glad to receive this kind of great experience.

The Grand never fails to impress, be it with food quality, room service or even with its ambience. We got married here and we keep coming back on our special occasions to enjoy the delicious food. It deserves all the five stars.

- Property is located on the main road which is good. - Average class amenities like Gym - Small size room and Bathroom is even smaller and they call it Luxury room. - Food was good but the quality of tea they serve at the breakfast was below average. - Room service was good except for the room cleaning work which was not up to the mark. There was dust, hairs on the floor even after cleaning and I had to call the housekeeping again. Bedsheet also had few stains. - Getting cabs (Ola, Uber) becomes very difficult from this place as this is 8-10 kms away from the main city.

Hotel The Grand is a nice hotel. Well located, on the old GT road, market area mostly automobile related shops etc. The hotel is clean, good ambience - reception desk, lobby are there. Complimentary breakfast - good food, varieties buffet. Breakfast can be improved and they have a limited continental option. Also have a sweets stall - get varieties of tasty sweets. Rooms are cozy, spacious with cupboards, mini bar/small fridge, no coffee maker, locker in some rooms, temperature well maintained, bathrooms with both cold & hot water. Good staff, attentive room service - a hassle free, pleasant stay. Restaurant server Indian and Chinese food and service is always very first .
