This shall be one of my most favorite hotels to visit be it for a weekend or celebration getaway or buffets. The staffs are very humble and welcoming and it's always a delight to stay with them. Food was no doubt excellent. The rooms are spacious and airy with comfortable and modern interiors. Staffs are extremely helpful and happy to assist all its guests which is a big plus. Looking forward to visit again soon.
One of the best hotel to have rooms and banqueting space in sodepur area. The rooftop is wonderful and a must for evening banqueting during winters. However, it will be a bit difficult to reach to this location if your are staying in Kolkata, as the hotel is pretty far away. The restaurant is also serving good quality food, the setup and decor is nice as well.

Location is super convenient. Rooms are pretty big, however cleanliness of the room was not as desired, floor was clean but the corners were full of dust and cobwebs. There was dust on top of furniture as well. Equipments are not well maintained. Also, their website is misleading, they don't have any gym! It has a potential to become a better hotel with adequate maintenance.
Hotel do not entertain local residents (but can do business in local)... Weird and sad.... try Pearl Hotel just 1 km away...no such problem and much better response.

One of the best hotels in BT Road. The rooms are really good with all the facilities. The only problems is with the restaurant they take enough time to deliver the food. So whosoever is going to have meal in restaurant then pl do take enough time in hand.
