The Govindam Resort - Resort hotel in Vrindavan - Mathura, India

Very nice hotel. The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing.Great location.Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. Food quality and taste excellent. So very nice

There has to be an option for zero star. We paid 50% of total amount at time of booking. Three times we called this resort to confirm if the room would be ready as we were to reach that day. Resort's response was all smooth until we reached there. We completed all check in formalities and we asked them for room key. This is when they informed us that the person who was supposed to check out by 11AM is not picking his call until 3PM. They promised to get the room prepared for us once the previous occupant picks the call or gets back and checks out. My sincere request to all who would like to visit Vrindavan, please NEVER consider this resort. Unfortunately this resort doesn't know the meaning of "Athithi Devo Bhava"

Please do not book this hotel from the any website because they dont have the experience how to handle the customers. Also, the parking issue is the biggest issue in this property. I have seen most of the customer are stuggling and debating at receipt of the hotel. The bathroom is not upto the mark and basic amenties are missed lile soap stand, towers and othrs.

Neat and clean rooms polite behaviour and good service. But while checkout day lift was not working and no one was there to pick the luggage. We have to pick our luggages from 3rd floor to outside though I informed about lift from previous day.

Reception washroom need repair which is mostly used by every guest sitting in reception area. Just shampoo and body wash was kept in washroom as part of toiletries, for everything else, we have to go to reception and ask. Wifi was not working. Restaurant area is good and food quality too. Rooms were upto the mark and everything was perfect.

It was not a good experience overall. During the checkin we were not told that extra charges would be levied on the pets. After the checkout despite of the room charges, they charged us extra fees for the pet. This was not told to us earlier. The rooms were not very clean, we stayed on the ground floor. The washrooms were unhygienic. The water quality at the resort was poor. The resort from the outside seemed beautiful. It had huge grounds and vegetation however besides that, the location of the resort was not good. ---- The resort is situated in a village. The route is terrible (village roads) and it is quite far from all the famous temples at Vrindavan like Banke Bihari, Prem Madison etc. most importantly the google maps don't work properly. It was quite a mess.

I had booked this hotel a family suite for 2 days from make my trip . Had a very bad experience. Firstly while I checked in there was no towel no water no soap in washroom . One of the bathroom was stinking and it did it go away inspite of putting room freshner I was not allotted the same room which I had selected on make my trip The worst part was while we went to sleep the light switch was not working as we complained the guy named Arun was rude saying that we were distracting him I would request everyone to not consider this property if you are looking for a comfortable stay Their restaurant is the only good thing about their resort

Simply saying it was just superb . nyc location, nyc hotel views nd all well cleaned , hygienic with good supportive staffs specially manjit ji ( Manager ) of this hotel is so gd human being ..my whole family comfortably enjoy the two day stay at this hotel..I wish all the gd wishes to the hotel management nd staffs and recomend visitors to vrindavan please visit the hotel once..Thank u
