I visited this place with my friends, we booked around 10 rooms and same floor , felt like we are staying in our home only with friends . Complimentary breakfast is tasty , they can add fresh juice option as well ( I didn't find it ) . Staff is very helpful . Rooms are clean and hygiene well maintained . Overall must recommended as budget hotel in this locality with all basic amenities .

gave one star because there wasn't negative rating. staff are very rude. the lady at the front desk called adithi is very rude. she has to realise that this isnt how hospitality is being in the hospitality industry. she refused to provide fresh towels or the wifi password to any student. we have paid for these amenities and were denied of it. the vacation is spoilt if you stay in this hotel because of the staff. the elevators stop in every floor and runs very slow. you need half an hour only to go up and down the lift cause there is only one main lift and one broken service lift in the fire exit

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in . The receptionist in the lobby, Aditi, is extremely rude and unhelpful. She refused to provide any fresh towels. She abused us on the face . She doesn't know the abc of hospitality. Don't ever stay in this hotel either for solo or group travel. They'll make u want to end your vacation asap . Also the elevators are the worst . They go to every floor and work at a speed less than a tortoise. They also refused to give us the WiFi password and said we cannot ask them for such things because it is not part of their services provided

The level of unprofessionalism and lack of commitment displayed by the management was truly disheartening. The reason behind my dissatisfaction stems from the fact that their written commitments can apparently change without any valid reasoning, solely based on the whims of a senior manager who seems unwilling to honor deals made by his junior staff. I had made a booking for a conference of 50 people, and we were initially given a price of Rs. 1100 per pax, which was all-inclusive. However, upon arrival at the hotel and presenting the booking amount, we were met by another person who refused to honor the deal without providing any valid reason. This sudden change in the agreed-upon price left us feeling deceived and disrespected as customers. It is utterly unacceptable for a hotel to make promises and then break them without any explanation or alternative solution. This incident highlights a severe lack of professionalism and integrity within the management team. It's deeply disappointing to witness such dishonesty and disregard for customer satisfaction. The experience left a sour taste in my mouth and has certainly tainted my perception of this establishment. I strongly advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering this hotel. The management's unreliable behavior and failure to honor commitments make it an establishment that cannot be trusted. It is crucial for a hotel to maintain transparency and fulfill their promises, as this builds trust and fosters a positive customer experience. Unfortunately, this hotel falls short in these fundamental aspects. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my personal encounter. I hope that the management reflects upon their actions and takes the necessary steps to rectify their approach to customer service. Until then, I suggest exploring other accommodation options to avoid potential disappointments and inconveniences.

My stay was Amazing everytime. the staff is very calm and pleasant. the receptionist lady is really good and soft spoken. the food quality is good .

Last month I stayed with my family for 2days ... Ac was not working in the room.. As they shifted as to other room. Same problem was there and leakage in taps of washroom.,. Kindly improve......

Pathetic service, bad infrastructure and too many problems related to wash room and lavatory. Non pleasant smell throughout the stay.

the staff was very unprofessional and the lady at the front desk does not know anything about basic hospitality very rude and unhelpful , we asked for fresh towels and she abused us to our face she refused to give us other services like wifi password and the weighing scale, they scolded us when we asked for the wifi password as well .The lifts are slower than a tortoise so much of problems in this hotel, food is average and we have to eat in the basement which has a foul smell
