The resort ambience is good with a lot of greenery, spacious swimming pool and moderate dining area. The food was pretty average with limited choices, the club house required more attention as the sport equipment is not up to the mark. I can recommend this for small sized team outings. Please note that the food quality and hygiene requires more attention.

Rooms have to be maintained better.. its a run down state as of now..flow from the shower very less. Faucet leaking. AC control does not work. The landscape is very good. This was my third time on co meeting.. need to be maintained better if we want to come for the next time.

From being a top and one of the first of its kind resort, it has been reduced to a very average one in the past 2 decades or so. Still having an old world charm, it is no longer well maintained and gives an experience of 3 star hotel. The service was also a bit delayed. Food was tasty, though at the pool side restaurant. The Buffet spread was great but given the competition from similar business, was a bit overpriced. However, the location and the overall landscaping makes it an interesting visit if one is looking for a quaint place.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very good resort with huge swimming pool for all age group (separate section for toddlers) and greenery. Once you enter the resort, you won't even feel it's so nearby to Bangalore. Very quiet and peaceful place. We stayed in the premium suite and it was quite spacious with big size bathtub and separate balcony area. Breakfast buffet was a bit disappointing through, less items in the menu and taste was very average.

It was great and comfortable stay with a great view. cannot get better at this low price and comfort. specially i want mention our superb host Mr. shyam . he guides u and helps u in Planning the city tour. very friendly gesture by The Golden Palms Hotel & Spa team, I prefer to go again and again.

Visited this place as a part of reunion. The place is away from the hustle and bustle of the city with good landscaped grounds. One room attendant walked into our room without knocking which was alarming. Had requested for bathroom slippers which were not available In the room, but they were not delivered on time. The breakfast buffet was sumptuous. My experience was memorable mainly because of the company of friends. A good place for reunions because they offer a reasonable price.

Service is anything but a 5 star! Right from check in you'll start seeing delays. No greeting by the staff upon check in. Felt like they were doing a favour by checking us in. No water at the reception. When I asked for water they said the bottles will be in your room. I asked for it still and they brought water in a glass..like seriously? Cannot even serve water in sealed bottles!!! Service is disservice here. Anything you ask for they'll take 2 business days (sarcasm) to revert and will finally say no to your request after that. Do yourself a favour and don't choose this for your stay.

Excellent staff, all senior staff are old guys from Sanjay Khan days, they are absolutely superb and helpful. The property itself is a Shadow of what it was, Minus the pool and activity room everything else including the room, decore inside the rooms , furniture , garden and even the coconut palms are run down. The new management is certainly trying hard to maintain the property. Food and buffet spread are very average and costing too high. I would strongly suggest a day outing and not a overnight stay in this property.
