After nearly 3months wait, I was able to bring two gorgeous Thai oranda. They were tremendously active and begging for food most of the times. I tried to keep them properly for years with the help of Ghosh da but failed bcs of small tank, less water change. 1 oranda died to SBD after keeping her nearly 1and half month. Another died due to chronic dropsy after surviving 9 months. I think it's not happened due to bad fish quality. It's all about tank size, food and maintenance. With min. 3ft tank, canister filter, perfect diet, regular water change they can survive beautifully. Local orandas easier to care than Thai orandas.
