Hey! I recently stayed at this hotel and it was amazing! Great service, comfortable rooms, and delicious food! Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel for my daughter's 1st birthday. The person named Karishma was very rude. AC was not cooling the whole room. Water served was so warm. I would never recommend this place.

Worst hospitality very unprofessional staffs and rooms are so dirty old few things are already broken

I attended one of my friends' event here and the food management was very poor. Most of the guests were not able to eat properly because they were inefficient in bringing the dish to the dining area. Not recommended.

The staff is not honest, I stayed there for a night and I left my shawl there by mistake. When I contacted them for the same. They denied, which is very unprofessional. There are numerous hotels which give back things to customers who leave it by mistake. But the staff of this hotel is not honest enough to do that. Very unethical practice.

I shifted to this hotel after a bad experience in another. But, the place was comfortable, hygienic & safe especially for a woman traveller. The staff is polite & cooperating. The restaurant just below the hotel was good. Overall it was a great stay & would definitely recommend others.
