They don't even have mini refrigerators In a room for which they are charging at least 4.5k per night. If you want some ice you have to pay Rs 60 per ice bucket. They didn't serve any tandoor items as they have less occupancy, also they don't run AC at pool, you have to play while bearing that heat. They dont have limited liquor options. I will not recommend this. You can get much better hotels in that price.

This area is just awesome . Sir Borges and his staff are very good and are always there to help. As soon as you dial the reception, the room service will be there in less than a minute. Here, they have pure Goan cuisine with fresh, tasty and cheap food and special variants of seafood. As compared to other hotels, I really approve this one. This place is very luxurious in terms of tourists. If you get the chance, you have to visit!!!

Pathetic is understatement. You will see alcohol being served inside the pool, despite the pool rule said otherwise. As a family, we were not comfortable. The property is very old. You will see broken shower panel, cracks on table. The breakfast spread is very very limited and of bad quality. Also, they will accept cash or UPI under the pretext of card machine not working. The USP of the property is it's location. It is 5 mins away from the beach.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel We stayed here for 3 nights and had no hassle right from the Checkin until checkout Neat and clean and quick on call services Good and tasty spread of buffet breakfast was an icing on the cake Highly recommend

I had an excellent stay at this hotel even during the monsoon season. The property's charm and convenient location near the beach were truly impressive. Although some minor maintenance is needed, it didn't overshadow the overall experience. The food was outstanding, especially the white sauce pasta which I highly recommend. A special shoutout to Melicia at the reception who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay.

The rooms are untidy,bad smells everywhere. This hotel doesn't deserve any star. Highly recommend not to visit .I booked for 3days but unable to stay at all hence checked out next day!this was booked by "Doves vacation" as the best hotel which is another useless holiday package taken ever!

Ok rooms at high price. Air conditioning is not good, need to use fan (noisy pedestal fan mounted on wall). Bedsheet and towels look very old. Bathrooms are not well equipped if one don't want to take head bath. Furniture is very old. Did not get a good vibe to stay for more than a day.
