The Gold Inn - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

Clean and tidy rooms but the size is small and there is no windows for ventilation. The location of the hotel is very inside through narrow passage where only a 2 wheeler vehicle can pass at a time. There is no board of the hotel on the main road which can show the location of the hotel. Hotel cannot be detected easily from the road.

Pros: - The staff members are helpful. - The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and the beds are comfortable. - It's located near Delhi's main bazaar and New Delhi railway station, making shopping convenient. Cons: - Mobile network disturbance inside the hotel. - You have to walk to the railway station if you book Ola or Uber cabs. it's approx 400 meters from this hotel. There is no parking space near the hotel. - I tried outside food at three different places, but I didn't like it. The taste was very bad. I think the food quality in the railway station area is not up to par.

We are stayed a night.. The rooms are very good. You can come here freely the staffs are very good and they treat us very nicely. We came here from kerala and this is very good experience for us.. They keep our luggage until we finished the sightseeing. Thanks to the staffs of the gold inn hotel..

It's a beautiful hotel in the main Market of Paharganj but a little inside a narrow lane.. U cannot drive in ur vehicle.. U can reach only by walk.. Food is ordered from outside and then served inside.. Rooms are very nice

Rooms was decent size. Found 3 small cockroaches in the room and bathroom. The blanket was smelly. The room service food quality was average.

Nice, clean rooms. Great location - around 5 minutes walking distance from the railway station, in the middle of a bustling market. Super safe. Not too good for monsoons, because it is located inside a serpentine lane, but otherwise nice for a short stay. Thumbs up for staff behaviour.

If u don't walk too much it's little far from New Delhi Railway Station and it's inside a lane not on a road front. Rooms are clean but smoking smell was there. Bathroom are too small...

Firstly the location is deceiving. It shows on the main road on the maps but it is actually inside this really thin lane / alley (galli) where even an auto rickshaw cannot go through. Have to walk for about 100m through a badly paved super thin galli with all your heavy luggage. No proper signs on the road as well to indicate where the hotel is. Rooms were very tiny. We asked for an extra mattress and after that there was not even a full feet of space to move around. Feels very claustrophobic. Service is really slow. Basic cup of tea takes around 45 mins. And worst of all they don't even offer a complimentary bottle of water even after charging more than Rs.2000 for such a below average room. So you have to pay for even complimentary bottled water. Extremely horrible experience, will definitely never recommend.
