The rooms are neat and clean, the staff is co-operative and the services are great too the only issue is wifi which gets interrupted at times. However, the staff does their best to resolve. The kitchen staff is also superb. Krishna and rest kitchen team are awesome and very well behaved and always ready to serve us whenever needed. The ease with which the manager "Aishwarya" listens and resolves our queries is also worth mentioning.
The Gold Haven service residences is very well situated in Rakshak Nagar on the main road besides Chulbul Dhaba restaurant. It is in very close proximity to the EON IT Parks, WTC etc. The hotel is clean and secured. The rooms are practically 1BHK pattern having sitting cum dining cum kitchen space with bedroom and attached bath and a balcony. The kitchen counter has an electric induction cook top with with a few induction cookware. An electric kettle, fridge and a small microwave oven, along with plates, spoons, knives etc. If the cookware in the room are not present they are provided on request. It also has an in-house restaurant and provides room service as well. The staff are polite and cooperative. I had a good stay here while in Pune for office work. efinitely recommended. Just wish the rates were a tad lower to the pocket pinch.

A good stay in Pune. A home away from home. I have stayed here twice between March 2023 and June 2023. Very close to EON IT parks. Recommended for all and especially solo women guests.
Not a great place , small rooms, bfast below average and no flexibility asked 3k for 3 hrs extra checkout though room was vacant

I liked the place. It was basically a 1 BHK serviced apartment where I did stay. with all basic amenities. Food menu was limited but ok. If you want you can just go out of the hotel and get unlimited food option at best prices as many joints are there. The best part was the balcony attached to the hall. Recommended.
