One of the things that stood out to me about The Global Fitness was its friendly and welcoming atmosphere. As soon as walked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and made me feel right at home. The gym was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. Another aspect that I appreciated about The Global Fitness was the personal attention given by the trainers. They were always available to answer questions, provide guidance on proper form, and offer modifications for exercises. This personalized touch made me feel like was getting the most out of my workouts and helped me stay motivated. It more than made up for it with its friendly staff, cozy atmosphere, and quality equipment. It felt like a place where everyone knew your name, and that made all the difference in my gym experience.
I have been working out at The Global Fitness since two years. I can confidently say that it's one of the best gyms in Vikaspuri. The staff is proactive and makes sure that clients are comfortable. The trainers are knowledgeable and their workout plans are definitely effective. When I joined TGF, I was 90 kgs. I have reduced almost 20 kgs with the guidance of Kartik sir. He's an amazing trainer as well as a great human being. Everyone is the gym is respectful including all the clients. The machines are well maintained too. A special shout out to Arun sir who's been managing the gym so well. One point of improvement could be the choice of music. All the best TGF.

I have gr8 experience with Global fitness. All the gym trainers knows their work very well especially Arun sir is very experienced, cool ,soft and always give right guidance to me and am very thankful to him. In this gym I loved the fitness classes like jumba, aerobics and yoga.
After trying many gyms, TGF is my fav choice. Well maintained and decent trainers. Special mention for Rishabh Rishi Sir who is a very knowledgeable trainer and extremely helpful. Go for it!
Well Trained staff ,have dance classes regularly all 7 days open parking .discounted membership plans as per need..one of the nicest gym in vikaspuri delhi
