Extremely disappointed with our recent dining experience. We had made a dinner reservation a week ago and they didn't bother to save it anywhere. We went for my parents anniversary dinner which we had mentioned while booking but there was no acknowledgement. The staff was so busy hosting the private event outdoor that they didn't have time to clear dishes, share menus, take order, etc. A lady asked for feedback post meal but never bothered to follow up. Food was overpriced and mediocre. Oily and cold food in buffet. Felt old and dry. The staff was so busy that nobody came to give us the check at the end so we got up and paid at the counter. Will not recommend the restaurant in the hotel to anyone. Don't waste your money. Food, ambience and service - all not worth your time and money.

The gateway hotel is a beautiful property. The picturesque landscape with green lawns and garden is a wonderful treat to your senses. There are ample facilities like swimming pool, kids park, cricket and several indoor games to keep children and adults engaged. Food is yum and definitely satiates your palate! The staff and employees are very amiable and ensure you have a wonderful stay and experience..definitely worthy of all the praise! Strongly recommended!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, but the quality of the furniture and bedding was not up to the standards of a 5-star hotel. The mattresses were quite hard, and the pillows were not very comfortable. The bathrooms were also a bit dated, and the shower pressure was quite weak. Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Gateway Hotel, Ambad. The property is beautiful and the staff are very friendly. However, the quality of the rooms could be improved. Nice hotel.. staff is welcoming and very polite. Services were up to the mark. The food served in the buffet was delicious.. lots of variety and nothing was repeated. The restaurant staff also was equally good. The hotel is huge with all 5star facilities. The zen garden here is peaceful and a calm place. The jogging track and lawn are a pleasure to be in as the chirping of the birds is mesmerising. We visited here for our anniversary celebration and we were given an upgrade. The room was decorated with red and white balloons.
