First time tasted this bihari dish, it was quite tasty...I would suggest everyone to try ghee litti chokha
I haven't eaten this amezing dish "Litti choukha" But after eat this dish today @theganges, it's too delicious and yummy, what a taste, too good, I want to strongly recommend to every one who read this review pls taste this dish atleast one's, Also wants to share that the service also too good. I feel Litti Choukha is upgraded version of malwas only favourite food "DAAL BAATI" Pls visit at "The Ganges cafe" and take a amezing experience of traditional food
Must try if you are near Chhappan. The place is a welcome departure from regular Indori snack. Litti Chokha is plain brilliant. Rahul, the chap who runs the cafe, also accepts orders for bespoke non-veg food for delivery / pick-up made in a truly rustic style. Go here if you're looking for an authentic change from Poha Jalebi and looking to try something different and yet yummy! Ps. Don't leave without having the brilliant Chai to top off your evening.
Last feb i visited Indore... As usual chappan was the evening point and find this place with authentic UP style Bati choka... Eat 2 plates.. packed 8 pices and that was mind-blowing filled sattu bati... Really love you food mr Rahul... Keep it up.. see you soon...

Excellent food esp Litti-choki. Specially made from organically farmed ingredients. Thankyou chef for preparing it to my taste especially. A must visit in Indore for all foodies.
