The Galaxy Suites - Hotel in Ernakulam - Ernakulam, India

I arrived there by 2.30, but i have already contacted the property to let them know that i will be there by 2..when i reached there the room was not ready, we were given a very small congested room, and they told me the room i was supposed to have was mistakenly given to some one else and we had to wait there for cleaning the given room. we were made to wait, and inside the room the ac stopped working a bit later, television also had a loose connection and the closet seat & cover were broken away from the closet. very poor service, the room boy was very unpleasant when asked why it was not mopped yet. They don't even have a photostat machine, so will take the id proofs and later we had to go collect it from them.It was a very bad experience.

The hotel was good for the budget. It's in a narrow path so it's difficult to find it in the first place. There are restaurants nearby in walkable distance but will be closed after 10.

The room and the toilet and even the whole reception, the stairs all were pretty clean and fresh. Hence I loved it. But speaking about the area; it was very small room. For me that doesn't matter because of the room's cleanliness. There is a small balcony also. Since it was a Sunday, there was no receptionist. Hence one North Indian guy who was cleaning the place helped us with the room and all. The location is inside a very small road. That seems to be bad to locate. Cars don't enter there.

Walkable distance from Ernakulam north railway station. Budget friendly and worth the price we pay. simple and neatly arranged room and disinfected bathroom. No room service. Although there's no parking space available the hotel is wheelchair friendly. Just 200 meters to auto stand. Lot of restaurants nearby. Walkable distance to Bus station, metro station and railway station.

The rooms were neat and clean. Only 10 min walk from Ernakulam Town Railway Station. The staff's behaviour was good and friendly. There is no parking and a restaurant in the hotel. It's behind two buildings, so it's a little bit difficult to find.

This hotel is very dirty the matress given is very uncomfortable to use the servise man is very rude to customers there is crack in walls mirrors are broken this hotel is very dirty

Had a very bad experience. The photos they had sent me while booking were of luxurious rooms but the room they gave was just disgusting. Sheets had blood stains, bathroom had leaking taps, mosquitoes were not letting us sleep, dust was sticking to walls, the room didnt even have a mirror. In fact, it had four attachments which as per them had a mirror which was broken by a customer, a pathetic explanation. When asked for reduction, they only gave a 50rs reduction. I felt cheated.

The room is in reasonable price when compared with other hotels. The tourists who are new to ernakulam can stay at Galaxy suites. Just 5 minutes walk to north railway station(Town Railway Station) and the receptionist are also very helpful regarding the conversation and they are helping us regarding the route where we are going and how to reach the destination and the hotel is also very near to metro station(Town Hall).
