The French Town - Resort hotel in Thenkarai - Coimbatore, India

Today, we visited this place for our team outing. From the start, everything was disappointing. They provided a standard, limited food menu without asking for our preferences. The swimming pool was under maintenance, so they offered an alternative pool, which was in poor condition - the water had a greenish hue. The staffs are treating like. This was our third visit; previous experiences were superb, and we came with high expectations. However, this time, it was utterly disappointing and not worth the money. To those considering booking, I recommend searching for other options. The resort's management is not up to par compared to our previous visits. Totally disappointing

It is a nice luxury property, with great interiors. The food is good , and a good stay overall. The rooms are mostly full.always

The staff and the cleanliness are very well maintained and the rooms and hotel are very luxurious at the best price I stayed here 3 days and get my best experience

Dear Management, I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with my recent visit / day out at French Town Resort in Coimbatore. My experience at your resort was far from what I had expected, and I feel compelled to bring attention to the numerous issues that marred my visit. First and foremost, the lack of cleanliness throughout the resort was truly appalling. The rooms were unkempt, with dust and dirt visibly accumulating in various corners. The bathroom facilities were no better, showing signs of poor maintenance and subpar hygiene. I expected a certain standard of cleanliness, but unfortunately, it was not met. Moreover, the food served at your resort was nothing short of a disaster. The menu offered limited options, and the quality of the food was far below acceptable standards. The meals were tasteless and seemed to lack any effort or care from the kitchen staff. I had hoped for an enjoyable dining experience during our visit , but the meals served at your establishment were nothing short of a letdown. Equally disappointing was the unprofessional behavior exhibited by your staff. Their lack of courtesy and hospitality was evident from the moment we came in until the time We departed. They seemed disinterested in addressing guests' concerns and were dismissive of any feedback provided. This kind of attitude is simply unacceptable in the hospitality industry and left me feeling unwelcome throughout. Furthermore, the lack of amenities that were advertised on your website was disheartening. Several amenities promised, such as the pool , indoor facilities were over crowded. Stay as well as multiple day packages are offered without even checking up the numbers. All rooms were booked , along with that there were many bookings. Whole property was crowded. It was evident that the resort failed to live up to the expectations set, and as a guest, I felt deceived and cheated. In summary, my experience at French Town Resort was far from enjoyable. The lack of cleanliness, bad food, unprofessional staff behavior, and absence of promised amenities have left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with my stay. I had hoped for a relaxing and rejuvenating time , but instead, I was met with disappointment and frustration. I strongly urge the management to address these issues immediately and take necessary steps to improve the overall guest experience. As it stands, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend French Town Resort to anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable stay in Coimbatore.

I stayed there for 2 days . My experience was not at all good especially the staffs are not prepared/trained to handle guests. We were given a very small room and got it changed after complaining. The food options were very very limited and not close to what they charged for stay/breakfast. Coffees were served in paper cups every time. I was not able to use any amenities and they many reasons to tell. Location was good .I raised many concerns to front desk and not even once manager came and spoke to us.... I think its a place to just plan for a day trip and take pictures/photoshoot/host parties.....not a resort.

We just experienced the great joy of food with very polite M management with my family, The overall experience is so superb and recommended.

The place is very beautiful in the Morning The views from there are pleasing suited to everyone who m visited once come again.

We had a family function held here. The manager MrShajith and the entire team were very accommodating and very flexible. Everything was perfectly arranged. The food was excellent too. Highly recommend. Our entire family enjoyed very much.
