My dad had septic arthritis in one leg, doctors instead of draining the pus. Just gave him antibiotics. Which did not help at all. We had to take him to Medicity for drainage and surgery. Doctor there euphemistically said which idiot doctor before did not drain the pus. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. I too came here because HDFC ergo lists this hospital and saw good reviews here but they do not care about patients and have a sense of superiority and arrogance which blinds them from treating their patients ethically.

According to my experience, Doctor's are good in their job, my grandfather is injured and his hip bone is damaged I'm getting a reference from some doctors to admit your grandfather in this hospital. Advice is taken by me and start the process, when I reached this hospital gesture was good by the staff of the hospital, they immediately take the action and admit my grandfather. They observe the patient for one day and told me that the operation is getting done by next day. Operation was successfully done my grandfather immediately getting relief from his pain. The good part of this hospital is over from here and staff in not doing their job properly according to me, washroom is to short and this hospital is not having proper staff to handle the cases. I noticed one thing that every patient and their attended is facing problems about the cleaning and mostly of mosquitoes . Many people ask about this problem but no action is taken by anyone. Washroom is always dirty, there is no proper dustbin and nurses are not listening any kind of problem in one time, they are taking to much time to respond.I posted one image that is dustbin of this hospital. I didn't see that kind of dustbin in any hospital. At last according to me the treatment of this hospital is good but the other things are not upto mark.
