It's my personal experience
It was my first time in Jhansi, went to this cafe for breakfast, Had to wait for an hour to get the food i ordered. Honestly service was quiet disappointing. Never make someone wait this long especially when it comes to food, you might not know what situation they are in.

Literally the worst restraunt in Jhansi.
Staff was very arrogant, they were behaving very badly and talking rubbish. They have served the coffee in a plastic box, and instead of refunding they started arguing.
Please don't visit.
And personally I don't feel that it's safe for the females as the whole male staff was so unprofessional.
