The Forest Club Resort - Resort hotel in Karjat - Raigad, India

Stayed for celebrating birthday weekend. Our rooms had direct access to the pool. This was the best part!! Additionally there is an infinity pool too with an awesome view. Food was good too. Would definitely choose this property over others around it.

Experience is not up to the cost they are charging for services. Compared to other places I have been, this one did not seem value for money. The staff is nice, rooms were clean and the breakfast was good. Had booked the room adjacent to the pool which is the only different thing about this property.

It was a pleasant experience at this resort. The food is good as well as the service. The staff is co-operative too. They have a nice bar. We wanted the executive room but it was sold out , so had to book the premium room which was nice but we felt it was small as we had expected it to be a bigger room. We forgot the milk for our baby so we were quite tensed but because they have a 24hr running kitchen inhouse so our problem was solved. We had the milk served to us complimentary ofcourse for an unlimited number of times. Thank you for that.

There was a total lack of cleanliness, sophistication and elegance in the rooms.The highly wrinkled curtains and poor paintings added to the shabby appearance of the rooms.Facilities were not at par with the charges. However the staff at the front desk and in the dining room was good. Breakfast was good but lacking in good crockery. Overall ambience at the resort needs improvement.

Really great spot for weekend outings. Ambience is beautiful... Nice garden and pool view for each room according to your room selection. Clean and hygienic rooms and washrooms. Food here is also good. Staff there is good and welcome you and help you with bags. Room service is not upto the mark. I had a bad experience with it. Another negative point was pool wasn't completely clean.

Highly Overpriced, no value for money. Absolutely not worth the 4 star rating. So disappointing, that we checked out a day early I wanted to take my family out during the long weekend to a nice place with a feel of luxury. We paid 62k for 2 nights / 2 deluxe rooms. For that money I expected to rooms to be good with good space and good view. When we arrived, they dumped us to the most corner rooms, they were very small. Once we kept our luggage we couldn't walk straight, it was that small. Bathrooms were not stocked up properly, the linens were not fresh at all. We had to call and get that changed. When I complained saying with two kids and parents its not at all comfortable, they gave the standard answer of resort is full and we cannot change your rooms. For 15k per night, this was the worst room I have every stayed. Very disappointing since I have my family with me. Breakfast was average, only thing I liked in bfst was the coconut chutney. The infinity pool was good and we had good lunch and dinner. Only saving grace from the entire trip But the damage at the start was too big, we were so disappointed that we checked out a day early. We were booked for 2 nights, but we left the next evening we arrived. My Take - Highly Overpriced - Staff not considerate - No value for money They focus too much on the meandering pool that other part of the resort is ignored. If you are looking for a good property with good food and luxury, DONT GO TO THE FOREST CLUB RESORT

Best resort close to Mumbai. Good location, decent size room, super clean, modern amenities, responsive service. Staff is very supportive. Food was quality and they are having a wide range of dishes. We loved their meandering pool rooms concept. Overall we are satisfied with this place and highly recommended for your weekend destination.

The forest club was a perfect budget friendly stay. We had taken premium rooms which allows us to use infinity pool. The water if the pool was clean and the pool was well maintained. The pool has a far view of karjat (not nature) but is still a great experience. The rooms were very clean and maintained too. There are small green lawns outside the rooms where you can chill and spend time. Apart from this they have a good gym and a game room where we had a great fun. The food of the restaurant is expensive but good in taste. The staff is very hospitable. Overall a very nice stay and value for money.
