The AC wasn't working properly and we were sweating while eating spicy food. Other than that, the food was very tasty! Do try their Crispy chicken and chicken fry piece biryani. I've added the photos as well.

Ordered American Corn, masala papad. The American Corn is more of flour less of corn. The oil fry also didn't tasted good. Papad is fully oil. Parking is good. Open space in front of hotel. Seating area is good. Calm ambience.

Good for a quick grab while you are in Vikarabad / Anantagiri. Update after 2nd visit: Visited again on Sunday 3pm not much crowd. Ordered chicken Biryani full - quantity was decent for a couple. They served biryani just off the stove it was too spicy and too hot. Chicke wasn't well cooked. Literally full of masala, too much. Hope thy learn how to cook proper biryani. Biryani doesn't mean just masala. Don't order Goli soda charging heavily for low quality soda. Toilets were not clean, not well maintained. Card is not accepted yet. Update from 1st visit: Avoid chinese items. Choose Biryani, that's decent. Chicken biryani was good, veg fried rice wasn't good. Credit card is not accepted only UPI or cash. Ambience is good witha family section. Be early, as it gets crowded on weekends due to tourist inflows. And, they don't have waiting palce or a lobby so people will eb standing next to you. You amy even have to share a table with strangers. We visited on a Sunday for lunch. There was heavy crowd. Ample parking space. Washrooms hygiene needs to be improved. Earlier we used to eat at Annapurna Restaurant near the Anantagiri circle in Vikarabad after the bridge. That's closed and converted to Zeeshan Biryani hotel. Since this one is a new we tried it. Overall good given the location. They should improve service and payment options.

Low cost and high quality food, we tried dal tadka, mixed veg curry, paneer butter masala, curd rice, naan and veg biryani, all Items are super... My Rating: 4.6

Good Food. The best place compared to other food courts nearby. All the varieties are available here and the price is also low compared to the other restaurants. Food quality and quantity was good. Good experience overall.

I recently dined in this restaurant and I must say it was a disappointing experience. The food was surprisingly tasteless, and I've never had such a terrible meal before. My advice would be not to trust the ratings on Google for this place.

If you are going upstairs for dining then wait time is too much. Rains will add the wait time. View is good when it is raining and if trains are going at that time. Very near to a railway track and hence the view. If it is not raining, not worth the view.
