I just had the wrost experience at the food park. The owner or the partner of the restaurant have very bad behavior with the coustmers they are talking roughly with coustmers.
Quality and quantity of the food getting low day by day so "DONT GO"
Good to go only for spending time ,good circumstances ,staff behaviour is humble.But The taste of food is very bad .according to price they don't serve that type of quality food.
Management is so bad... I had to wait for more than an hour just for a masala dosa and 3 Chicken biriyani .. they gave the biriyani to my friends after 1.15 hours and said dosa is over ... I was starving from the evening and it's 11.10 .. it was my worst experience in Santirbazar for the first time ...Will definitely recommend my friends and family DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE .
Earlier food used to be good in the food park right now he dose not give good and his owner is also very spoiled doesn't talk well...so don't go
The food and item was good and everything was available and most important the beahviour of the staff is also very good and atleast better than 7th heaven's staffs and food.
Although it's newly open but it has a huge variety of things , I have tried pizza there and the pizza was value for money I also tried chicken egg roll and I think it need to improvement, waiter are looking little confused there but behaviour is good , the place also have A.C very good place to chill and relax special for dates , we have a great time there, still now there is no online order option but I think it will start soon , I definitely suggest you to go there and experience by your own , 7th heaven is overrated because there is no other such shop like that but now there is two shop and I think it is now better than 7th heaven , give it a try
