In one word the service provided by Flamingo Tours can be called "Phenomenal". Mr Abhishek and his team helped us plan a perfect 10/10 dream trip to Ladakh. They took care of all the hassle on our behalf and made sure that we are safe and satisfied throughout our journey through the land of high passes. The properties provided for stay at all the locations were top notch and were super close to the attractions (mostly right there). The food, travel, in-city transfers, permits you name it was all taken care off. And Mr Abhishek was always available on call and kept a constant check about our stay and needs. We did bother him at some odd hours with some unnecessary things but he was super polite and always game for making sure we got what we needed. The economics for our package provided by Flamingo tours were unmatched and so was the stay and other arrangements, which by my experience cannot be matched by other tour providers. I have already suggested my friends and family to directly come to Flamingo tours for their travel needs and would definitely ask everyone here reading this to do the same. We'd been searching for a good tour company to plan our trip to phuket, Thailand. Luckily we were suggested flamingo tours by a family friend.(We'd already been in talks with veena world but they were not flexible with their itinerary and their hotels had average reviews) and I'm really glad that we booked our tour through the flamingo because not only they included the dolphin show (which my son had set his eyes on) but they also customized our plan to include some less crowded beautiful places. Both the hotels that they booked were gorgeous luxury resorts, just a stone throw away from the beach. And there were Indian restaurants also nearby (we're vegetarians) so that's like a cherry on top! The markets were also walkable distance away, so every evening we'd go walking to the beach and shop clothes and souvenirs on our way back to the hotel. Hence the five stars in the feedback! Plus their agent, Mr Abhishek, was very kind and polite with us. He patiently answered all our questions and queries no matter how small. He also guided us while booking flights to avoid hassles due to delay or cancellation and even changed the itinerary to best accommodate our flight schedule. Their Thai-associate Mr Kuhn Anand was also very friendly and cordial. My family and I, are very happy with the flamingo tours team, they have exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

I got Mr Abhishek reference from my friend who recently took their Service for a package to north India. We booked our Thailand family vacation with them and it went very great. Initially we had taken the info from veena world but to our surprise we got a better deal and a lot of genuine information with flamingo.
