Both the Trainers, ma'am and sir are very helpful and polite. And I have improved from where i was a year and a half back. I love it here. Both sir and ma'am are very friendly and the atmosphere is absolutely home-like. I have done both Zumba and Mmogambo and ma'am is handsdown the best intructor. This is the best gym I have ever come across. I had PCOS and ma'am has helped me to lose a considerable amount of weight. I am perfectly fit and fine now. Thank you to both Sir and Ma'am.
Very good training and fitness. Really experienced the change in myself within few months. Plus fun-filled classes everytime. Trainer is very friendly and concerned. Trainers are certified. All types of training is available, but I am taking Zumba and Mmogambo classes. There is also physiotherapy sessions.
Flexible timing . Good environment . A perfect Zumba trainer at a very affordable price. She is very down to earth . She teaches with great care and determination. I have although improved a lot and have to go a miles way.
