This is the only gym in Newtown and kestopur area with all machines and pocket friendly rate, they give good facilities for girls and students . Trainers are very well knowledgeable and hard working .
This is the worst gym that I have ever been to. It's unethical to not inform your customers about your gym rules before admission. Why didn't they inform me that we are only allowed to walk on the treadmill for 10 minutes, twice a week before admission? There are not many options for people who enjoy cardio because they got only 2 cycles and 2 treadmills that you can only access twice a week for 10 minutes each. Very poor maintenance of the limited number of machines they got and they start to pester you for fees days before your fee renewal date. I suggest that go through all the rooms of the gym before taking admission, if I did then I wouldn't have opted for this gym
TFW is perfect place to build up and get fit, owner and trainers are very good and have good knowledge of traing and diet. Good facilities for ladies also, ladies trainer available. Alla machines are good and enoug space for doing workout and free hand cardio.
