Best gym place for beginners with good training and equipment
Ok ok type gym. They don't have enough equipment for legs n chest workouts. It's a very small gym so u will have to wait for equipment in peek hrs. I think this is very good gym for women's bcoz it's very cost effective compare to other gyms near by and is open till noon 12.
Gym has limited equipment but it has basic equipment which is more than enough for beginners and intermediate gymers. Trainers are good and will clarify all doubts over fitness. Best budget gym for beginners.
