Have been doing workout for last 2 months. I have lost around 8 KG under Irfan Sir's training and guidance. One of the best gym in Pal and Adajan area. They also provide the personal training and diet plans.

Irfan Sir is a great trainer, Keeps you motivated throughout your journey of fitness. Though its not a fancy gym but we surely get better results as Irfan sir personally gives attention to each members. Recommend.
