The Fitness Factory - Gym in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

My son joined this gym this year . He was very very happy with everything. They took the fees for the whole year inspite of telling them to take monthwise but after one month or more, they called up to say that it is closing down for a month for renovation but it never opened up after that nor do they take any call. If they knew it would close down , why did they charge for the whole year. Very unprofessional. So highly not recommended

Awesome experience. Joined this gym a few weeks ago. Amazing and huge amount of gym equipments. Loved the gym. And also very supportive trainers

Not recommended. Firstly the gym owner should remove the tag of cult. Because since Jan'23 they are not tagged with tff. You guys should stop attracting people with that big name. Very little no. Of members they have in gariahat branch. Better to join tcf.

The facilities and equipments are really good. Spacious, clean and great workout music to feel motivated . I was referred to TFF, Gariahat by my friend. I was really happy and pleased with the behaviour of the front office executives in the morning shift( Since, I am availing the facilities in the morning shift.). The FOEs always greet with a nice smile and courteous greetings. Also, I am availing the Personal Trainer facilities. My trainer, Mr. Suraj Ali, is also a really good trainer, who always motivates me to work harder and takes personal care of the fitness goals. He is so caring, that whenever I cannot make it to the gym , he takes it on himself to call/text to know about the reason of absence. Overall, I am really happy with the gym and would definitely recommend people to join and embark on a fitness journey.

The Ambience is wonderful, Newly equipped machines, My Trainer Arkaprava Banerjee always guides me. Do join Tcf Gariahat

Not recommended, I joined this gym on 3 rd August and these guys told me after 15 days that gym will be going under construction so it will reopen after a month so I asked for my refund they said that they will do the refund but it's been more than a month I have not received my refund and no one is picking up the call worst gym experience

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym.I love the immediate healthy results after joining the yoga programme of TFF. The teacher is very supportive and knowledgeable... I like this gym very much....

Useless equipments, arrogant owner (bald) and horrendous arrangement of useless equipments! Trainers are good but money hungry owner will bring this gym to ruins. No zumba no extra facility. Half of the equipment once damaged is never repaired ! Owner should learn business before opening and horribly failing the gym business! Highly NOT RECOMMENDED !
