Going to gym was never my option as i was never confident about it. But , thankfully after joining here, i am liking it. And moreover, its easy for you to be comfortable when you have good surroundings, ambiance and good people around you. Deb da from whom i take PT is such a wonderful person. He makes you feel comfortable even if you are down. He listens to everything carefully and a very responsible and responsive trainer. I love the experience of working out from him. Overally the whole experience is new and a fantastic one here in The Fitness Connection.
(5/5) Highly Impressed! I recently became a member of The Fitness Connection Gym, and I must say, I'm incredibly impressed with this gym! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff and the positive atmosphere. The facilities at TFC are outstanding. The gym is spacious and equipped with a wide range of modern exercise machines and equipment. The gym is always clean and well-maintained, which adds to the overall positive experience.
I have never been to any gym before. This is my first one. And i never thought of such a good surrounding. I totally love it. And its more good when you have your trainer right there all the time. Deb da is such a wonderful person and a trainer with a lot of sense of humor. I really love the ambiance as well as the training.
By far the best Gym with a 1000 rupees monthly. Happy members. Good ambience, nice decent crowd. Imported equipments and strong technical knowledge, this gym is complete value for your hard earned money.
This place is awesome! I am lucky to find a gym like this. And I am working out under personal trainer (Mr Surojit) in the evening time. He is a gem of a person. And he genuinely takes care of my workout. Overall I am loving the experience.
This gym has some good equipment for beginners and also professionals. The best of time-tested fitness essentials combined with cutting-edge modern exercise science. Here workouts are effective, safe, dynamic and fun. They do not make you feel bored and monotonous unlike conventional gyms.

Great place to workout with great ambience . Trainers are not that minded and they guide general members as observed too. I haven't seen this in another Gym as they will not guide you unless you are under PT. I would suggest taking personal trainers
I have been working out here since February, 2021. My experience is really good. The owner, the trainers I must say their behaviour is really good. In some of the gym the trainers generally ask for a personal training, but in AR fitness they never do
