I can't say enough great things about this gym! The atmosphere is fantastic, with friendly staff who are always there to assist. I joined "The Fitness Box" 6 months back, felt very positive vibes at the gym.
Especially Umesh Sir is very kind, humble and motivating personality. He always looks after each and every client and their requirements with his sole responsibility. Also, maintains the gym's equipments and makes frequent checks on all machines, infrastructure and environment of the gym. Mornings become extremely fresh and good after visiting this place.
Excellent machines/equipments loved to do my intense cardio, functional training and weight training. Very helpful trainers always spotted on the floor to help.
Clients coming here are very decent as well. People from all age groups are welcomed.
Morning sessions by Umesh Sir are very productive for getting good results. Also, yoga and meditation classes are conducted for mental peace and improvising the internal body.

Honestly, the best gym environment I've ever seen in Gurugram. The staff, the trainers, the manager and specially the Owner everyone is soo good and professional at their jobs respectively. The gym have all the required machines to do all exercises with plenty of space. The hygiene is well maintained specially in the places like changing rooms/toilets. Overall it's a wonderful place for everyone from youngsters to elders, from men to women everyone will feel safe and comfortable...MUST VISIT !!!

Classes conducted by Umesh sir are something I look forward to starting my day. The separate area for weight training is properly equipped and very well maintained. For weight training especially, Pawan sir is a great coach as he provides proper guidance and is well versed.
