THE FIREFLY RESORTS - Resort hotel in Lataguri, Jhar Mitiali - Jalpaiguri, India

Hello my name is Abhinaba Saha from Siliguri. I along with some of my friends total 7 persons stayed out here on 1st October. Rooms were good but the toilets were not cleaned properly. Electricity was not there the whole day till 8 pm but there was generator for the backup. But the main concern was the staff behaviour. It was not at all good they don't know how to behave with the guests. Service was too slow. After ordering lunch we got it after 2 hrs almost with repeatedly requesting and checking. In breakfast there was puri we requested for paratha and they straightly denied to provide. There was a 4 year child with us we even asked for milk but it was denied too. My request is to please look into the services and behaviour. We tourists come out here for some enjoyment not punishment. Thank you over all pool was good.

Very nice facility, neat and clean rooms. Very friendly staff and management. Accommodated all our request. Quite decent food options.. Good place for family stay. Value for money

We have visited yesterday in firefly... It is a pathetic experience... Third class service.. No coordination among staffs.. They charged for ac room.. But requested us not to on ac till 5 pm in these hot day... They have given our room at 1 pm instead of 12 . We are waiting in the lobby for one hour.. Food was very average.. No variety.. They offer complimentary breakfast.. Which is just below average.. The total service and their behaviour is WORST..

Price is high as compared to the accommodation because it is not exactly like the pictures which they have shown in here.. Rooms are clean but quite small in size as compared to the charges. Bathrooms are also clean.. Area is not that wide as compared to the pictures. Pool is not clean and it should be maintained regularly.. charges are bit high as compared to the other good resorts. Services are good. But the behaviour of the manager is not at all decent..he was about to blame us for not finding the keys, which was their mistake, but as the other staffs had seen we handed over the key, so he could not say anything but he got irritated..Check your food properly after ordering.. foods are not that tasty.

The property is lavish and very well maintained.everything is about property is good.the hospitality of the staff was excellent .I would love to revisit this property
