The Clinic appears to prioritize profit over patient care! I'm reaching out to express my deep concerns regarding the recent experiences my wife and I encountered during our visits to your clinic for her scan. During our first visit, we were scheduled for a 6 pm appointment, yet my wife wasn't called in for the scan until 9 pm. This prolonged wait was highly inconvenient and left us feeling greatly frustrated. For our second visit, we took the initiative to book an appointment two days ahead, securing a slot for Wednesday at 11:30 AM. However, upon arriving promptly at 11:15 AM, the registration process didn't commence until 12:15 PM. This delay was further compounded when my wife awaited her scheduled scan until 1:30 PM. This raises serious doubts about the efficiency of the appointment system and the clinic's commitment to adhering to the designated time slots. Throughout this experience, I observed some staff members engaging in idle chatter, gossiping and discussing non-essential matters at the registration desk. This behavior is concerning and contributes to an unprofessional atmosphere that negatively affects the overall patient experience. When my wife inquired about the reasoning behind the significant delay in her appointment despite the scheduled time, the staff reacted by calling her in after an additional 10 minutes. On top of this, when the doctor communicated my presence in the scan room over the intercom, I was not informed promptly. It was only on the doctor's second call that I was summoned. Adding to the disappointment, the staff's attitude during the post-scan payment process was not only impolite but also impatient. Repeated inquiries were made to finally obtain an answer regarding the expected timeframe for receiving the results. It is disheartening that the clinic appears to prioritize profit over patient care. The clinic's approach should shift from monetary gains to one that genuinely centers around the expecting mother's well-being. With the awareness of the number of scan rooms available, it should be feasible to manage the scheduling of scans more effectively. It raises questions when the physicians engage in friendly conversations and explanations within the scan room, while the same physicians don't mind the hours of waiting time the expecting mother's hours were subjected to. Does the clinic truly value the health and comfort of expectant mothers visiting the clinic? Isn't it reasonable to expect that they would understand the potential discomfort of prolonged sitting for pregnant women? At the time of leaving the clinic, there is a notable absence of contentment on the faces of both expectant fathers and mothers. The primary thought on their minds is to conclude the scan as swiftly as possible and leave the premises as early as possible.
The staffs, nurse and doctors are very kind and calm.. Conveying the information about our baby very nicely.. Actually when scanning for my sister in law baby was turn back side... It takes 2 to 3 hours.. Still they are patience and gave the results very positively. They are so kind and friendly. Thank u soo much for that to all.
I had great experience at the PIMS FETAL CLINIC location with doctor and staff. We safely delivered a healthy baby girl last week and could not recommend this office enough for helping make that happen. Doctors and staffs were very kind and overall it was a good experience especially the staff iyyammal treating a patient with good manner
The Scans happened in a very professional and friendly ambiance. I went for First trimester scan and second trimester scan, and got a very good experience. The clinic is clean, organised to be seated at all time, with drinking water available. The secretaries are professional, organised and respectful. I always feel confortable in this Clinic. My husband and me appreciate this Clinic. Regarding the 5th months ultrasound scan, they clearly explained to us that it is a long scan, of over an hour because of all the details that needs to be looked at to detect malformations. Our scan personally, happened faster than expected. Thank you
In PIMS fetal clinic,Doctors and staff Iyyammal sister were very kind ,friendly in explaining about the scans and giving appointments. They listen to the patient queries and do addresses them politely..over all it is very good ...:) :) :)

The fetal clinic is one of the best places in Pondicherry with the best fetal specialists. They are very detailed when it comes to the scan. Dr. Manikandan is the very best in the field and is very friendly. He is very patient in explaining things and always listens to the patients queries and concerns and do addresses them.
Very worst in timing,..we pre-booking our apointment on 10 am but we have waited for more then 8hrs . Very. Worst .only profit making very careless behaviour from staff,.. And 2nd I quiotned and again booked my timing 12 but scan taken at 5oclock.. The making minimum 5 hrs waiting
