The Fern Surya Resort, Dharampur (Kasauli Hills) - Resort hotel in Dharampur - Solan, India

Had a wonderful stay the resort. The staff is courteous and the service is excellent. The hotel is pet friendly and has a lot of amenities including pool, play area and gym. Highly recommended for pet parents to have a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Dalip for his hospitality.

We visited this resort in June with family. It's a nice resort on highway but please don't expect five star facilities. We booked Hazel suite with two bedrooms two bathrooms and one living room. this is a good suite for staying with family. Restaurant is good and Mr Rajiv over there is very competent manager and a great human being. Food is good especially breakfast. Housekeeping staff is also good but reception staff needs improvement

Would have given them 5 stars!! But got severe food poisoning, and the only food i ate during the 3 day stay was at the in-house restaurant.. they really need to check the quality of food being served, as they charge a lot of money for the room and food.. don't think I'll ever stay here again, as my confidence in them serving quality food is shattered!! Plus the receptionist didn't even help when i asked them about nearby pharmacies.. i was worried i might have to stay an additional day to recover, but they simply said we cant let u stay in the room for additional day as its already booked for the next guests! Otherwise view from the room was great (Fern club room) and the attitude of staff was nice, but stay at your own risk, and bring medicines for food poisoning if you do take the risk..

We stayed there for 2 days for my daughter's marriage. Everything during the whole marriage function was very well managed by staff of the Fern Resort. Except for a little bit of mismanagement in handling guests & luggage at the time of arrival. The location of the resort is awesome. A must visit again site

The property was situated at a fine location, the infrastructure was indeed good , could be improved with a coat of paint here and there on chipped walls. The rooms were large and spacious, the property had all kinds of amenities be it gym, spa, pool, games like archery, painting etc. The housekeeping did a fine job and so did the staff at the restaurant. I stayed there for four days and three nights and would recommend you to stay as it is a family friendly place with reachability to the mall road within 25 minutes.

Good Place for weekend break or get together. I feel it is touch too pricy it should have a lower room and food charges. Ample parking space. Ok sort housekeeping and room service it can be improved. Good variety of food but average in taste. Morning complimentary breakfast is full of variety and is worth it. Nice lawns and landscaping. Wonder place for a bonfire in evening with hill view. Open green areas with swings, open chess and many unique thing's Even places for kids activities are there.

One of our clients wanted a destination wedding in the hills closer to Chandigarh, and The Fern Surya Resorts turned out to be the perfect location for them. They have banquets as well as different outside lawns that gave us an opportunity to use different venues inside the property for different functions giving the clients a different vibe at each function . The staff across all departments is very helpful. The food menu is extensive and perfect for catering to all taste buds! Thanks again to the entire team for being the perfect venue for us!

Beautiful Resort, everything was great during our stay. But service was quite delayed for room related it may be definitely due to some reason as a resort this good can't compromise on anything. But anyhow it was a great stay. Also read a review of a person describing about the breakfast buffet price i.e450Pp but our stay was included with the breakfast just 1 child was not included in the Breakfast so we paid extra for the kid but they charged 500 for the kid if it was 450 for adult it should have been 450 for the kid too. I know Rs 50 isn't a big deal but it is what it is.
