The Fern Seaside Luxurious Tent Resort, Daman - Resort hotel in Daman - Daman, India

So worst experience ever.. There is no cleanliness in room bathroom fittings not working properly. so bad service may be saying that there is no service available for us. we called at reception 4 times that we want to check out but no staff come to take our luggage. We keep our luggage by own self. There is so much nuisance of some shooting show. We didn't get simple peace over there. Not recommended this place to anyone. We asked for sea view room & we pay for that but they didn't provide us that also. Only breakfast was good part.

Cosy place to dine. Tasty food at reasonable price. Good to go with family. Has enough parking space for four wheelers.

What I liked: The hospitality of the resort is great. The food is also great. We liked the service of Staff. What I didn't like: Terrible experience!! There are lizards in the room, which makes weird sounds at the night time. Rooms are not super clean, the sofa cum double bed was smelling very bad Breakfast could have more varities. One day it had only sausages in non-veg and other day it had only boiled eggs. Veg breakfast also not very tasty.

The best part about this resort is it's view one of the best out there. With excellent service.

We actually didn't stay there, we stopped by just a cup of tea and staff behaviour was top notch. We stop there for a cup of tea. I was so amazed to see the hospitality. The staff is amazing and welcoming. Special mention for Vandana who helped us and every other guest in the cafe. She is very helpful. In fact all the hotel staff is cooperative. 2 cup Tea cost us around 200 rs with cookies but it is worth it. The ambience and service were superb. Carry that smile always (Staff members)

Had a call with the service for booking the place. Turns out the dude is not even knowledgeable enough to spell out the address. This is definitely fishy and shouldn't be trusted. Worst experience ever!!

Nice hotel to stay and enjoy with friends. Facilities are A1 class. Staff is very helpful. Peaceful and spiritual place to enjoy the holidays. Going to visit again. Beach, Fort and light house areas walkable distance. Cycles are also provided by the hotel for sea side cycling. Clean and Fresh environment.

Definitely the most luxurious hotel in Daman with best location. It has the Moti Daman beach right in front & the Moti Daman fort right behind it. We did not stay there but their Swiss tents looked huge with nice sprawling gardens. We went to their restaurant, & the food was ok. In general Daman is a very simple place and lacks taste & finesse in food. So if you are looking for super high standard food options like in Delhi, Mumbai or other metro cities, please be assured that no-one in Daman will offer you that. We tried the Fern, & other top restaurants of the city & they didn't even have cappuccino machine. The best food there would be what an average restaurant in Delhi would serve. So, that's a problem with the destination in general & not the hotel or the restaurant in particular. So if you go with this understanding, you will definitely enjoy your stay here.
