We had a good experience staying at the property. The room was spacious and clean. Very accommodating & supportive staff. The food served was delicious. Hotel arranges cab for local sight seeing. Property is worth a re-visit. Areas of Improvement: The bathroom fixtures need a maintenance, the heath faucet was leaking. The WC require a detailed cleaning. Its a open parking at the property. The road works around the property makes the surrounding bit dusty.
The access via main road is it's strength but also the weakness. If you are sensitive to noise at night time, this place is not for you because it is so close to one of the major roads in the city. Rest all is fine.
Bedsheets are used one room alloted to us. After scolding room changed. Food supply lot of delay. Rooms are spacious but one who like cleanliness not opt this hotel.
I booked it for my parents who reached to the hotel at midnight but the staff was so polite and helpful that my parents were extremely delighted. they really enjoyed the breakfast as well. All food items were tasty. Keep it up
Went for a family dinner yesterday with (coupons) and was very disappointed with the taste of food they just changed the price during bills and reduced the quantity of food as well. It was just horrible experience waste of money. (The coupans are total waste)
This hotel is worth every penny the staff , rooms, breakfast , food everything is to the point they provide utmost importance to their coustomer requirements they make sure u have a pleasant stay. A must visit if u r planning a trip to vijayapura .
