Breakfast is not good in taste and needs to improve quality. Suzi Upma was half cooked and looked liked sticky paste, chhole and paratha was also not prepared properly. Should add more options in breakfast. I had stayed few years back in same property and that time food and stay was superb. But it seems gradually there is degradation in food quality.
Drawbacks: 1) most of the service staff seemed to be confused - you ask something, they give some other thing 2) bucket and mug are not provided in the bathrooms - you have to ask for them. I asked them: most of your guests are Indians, and most Indians require bucket and mug for taking bath. Their answer was: we have limited stock of buckets and mugs! I felt that it was a wrong management policy 3) I requested them to change my room the next day, after I went out. They shifted my things and upgraded my room. But, they left the AC and lights on. It is such a waste of non-renewable energy! Positive points: 1) breakfast spread was satisfactory in the buffet
This is excellent hotel, no words to desribe.Food quality, room service, staff behaviour etc found to be excellent. Staff are v polite, humble & co-operative. Mr. Bhanvarbhai, Mr.Nileshbhai, Mr.Jay Prakash,Mr. Shubham( Security officer) provided excellent services at all time.I definitely recommend others to visit once. We stay here for one night. We found toilet wash pipe nozzle broken. Fern team replaced this with in 10minutes. Fern team immediately give their response. Food at roof top restraunt was delicious. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed at swimming pool also. Please book their club room which has separate sitting room for privacy. Overall we recommend to stay here.
it's the worst hotel to stay. Ac didn't work in hot summer. There is no hot water in the wash room to get refreshed after a drive of 300 Kms. lot of spiders and web in the window. whenever u wish to have outside view, you will be able to see spiders and webs only in a beautiful city. AC was doing rattling sound whole night. It is a black mark on Fern Brand. It was the second time when i stayed in this poor hotel. Earlier it was under Renovation so i gave a second thought to stay again. i will not come to this hotel again and suggest u all to stay away from this.
Good business hotel easily accessible from airport. But suffers from typical challenges of a 3 star hotel like but jammed shower heads etc. But overall decent place.... Good breakfast spread favouring Gujarati cuisine....
Very gud place, Excellent service, Cooperative staff, Food at prizm yummy.... All over perfect hotel. I enjoyed alot thera. Pool was also gud. Neat n clean hotel.
The bar and food services were excellent especially indian delight pizza from chef jagannath you must try.
