Think twice before booking any kind of function over here, food quality was totally worst, an my totally function was spoiled. Atleast try food before booking any kind of event over here specially (sweet). Totally worthless. Too much disappointed Better to book other restaurant who can give good quality of foods an services or any other rather then FERN.
Donot do any function at this place. They have spoiled my daughters engagement. Even the staff is so unmannered to behave and talk. Very poor food service and management. Dont risk to organise any function at this place.the food service is too bad ..even paper tissue is not avilble at time of lunch...guest request for tht but they eveb cant mannge the fuction by saying tht stff is not avilble...if u dont hve ennof staff then why u take oder for function....even my function is over by 3.30 they ask me for pymnt continosly...even they dont give me time...m alreay paid them 80%pymnt but they dont hve passions for 20%of paymnt ...so its totaly bad experiance...plz dont not do any function over there...may be yr function is spoiled as mine...
For one of our rooms it seems like Washroom was used by previous guests or hotel staff n was stinking extremely bad of urine. Extremely bad for my family of four especially after a 6 hours on road trip. It's not even a 2 star standard washroom n batharea. Photos displayed are different from actual washrooms. Very very bad. Won't recommend anyone
Worst place to do function. Never risk your function at this place. They have worst services. The hotel has worst management. Food quality is as well worst. They have spoiled our engagement function to an extreme with an attitude of taking full money. All in all a pathetic place to organise any function.Never go there.
As always, I felt like I came home. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everything else in between was perfect as well. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable as always. I might've stayed at this property hundreds of time but at this time the restaurant staff very helpful, courtesy & kindness. Dharam ,Alam ,Pradeep were gave us fantastic service.they are like as mine friend now.

Great service. I was there during Ramadan and the chef made a special sehri for me to help me open my fast. Special thank you brother chef, and the sister at the front desk who spoke with me about Brahma Kumaris. thanks to the staff for a peaceful environment.
